You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of its arrival.

1. Items for which more than 8 days have passed since arrival
2. Used or cleaned items
3. Resized or engraved items
4. Items with missing accessories
5. Items that have acquired odors, stains, scratches, damage, or other defects while in the customer's possession
6. If the condition of the item (including box and accessories) when returned to us is significantly different from when it was delivered.
   
7. Items marked "No returns" on the sales page
8. If the return request is not made by the user themselves
9. If purchases and returns are excessively repeated
10. Items purchased at pop-up stores located within commercial facilities such as department stores (please inquire at each facility)

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
