BANYAN ships internationally via FedEx, DHL, or EMS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by region (North America: 3–5 business days / South Korea: 2–4 business days / Taiwan & Hong Kong: 3–5 business days).

Dispatch Timing

■ In-Stock items: Ship within 2–3 business days after order
■ Pre-Order items: Production takes approximately 5 weeks, then ships

Shipping Fee

International shipping is a flat ¥3,000 worldwide, delivered via tracked and insured international express.

Duties & Import Taxes

We declare the product price as the customs value. Duties or import taxes may be assessed by customs in your country, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Typically the carrier (FedEx/DHL/EMS, etc.) pays the duties on your behalf and invoices you before or upon delivery. The billing method varies by carrier (email, SMS, payment on delivery, etc.).

• United States: Duty-free up to $800; above that approx. 5–7%
• Canada: Above CAD$20, approx. 5% + GST/HST
• South Korea: Above $150, approx. 8% duty + 10% VAT (~18% total)
• Taiwan: Above NT$2,000, approx. 5–10% duty + 5% business tax
• Hong Kong: Jewelry is generally duty-free

If your order falls below your country's duty-free threshold, no duties may apply.

Q. Can I refuse delivery to avoid paying duties?
Refused parcels are returned to us, and refunds are issued after deducting round-trip shipping and customs handling fees. Please check the possibility of duties before ordering.

Q. Can I know the duty amount in advance?
The exact amount depends on the customs assessment upon arrival. Please refer to the estimates above.
