Shipping & Delivery

About the shipping date

This information is located above the "Buy Now" button on the product page.

  • "In Stock" items: Ships within 2 business days
  • "Pre-order" items: Ships as soon as stock arrives (up to approximately 5 weeks)

For pre-order items, the shipping time may vary depending on stock availability.
Additionally, if your order falls within long holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, or New Year's, the delivery time for pre-order items may be extended to approximately 6 weeks.
Please check the shipping date on the product page for the actual delivery time.

*BANYAN's business days are weekdays, excluding New Year's, Obon, weekends, and national holidays.

Regarding shipping methods

The product you ordered will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when the shipping process is complete.

About Shipping Fees

As a general rule, we will bear the shipping costs.

About Tracking Number Reflection

Please note that it may take until the next day for the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email to be reflected in the system. In such cases, the shipping date will be the day after the notification.

Regarding Delivery Status Confirmation

Please enter the tracking number sent to you when your order was shipped into the shipping carrier's tracking system.

Regarding confirmation of estimated delivery date:
Delivery notifications automatically sent from the Shop Pay app are system-generated estimates and may differ from the actual shipping date.

How to check the accurate schedule:
The official shipping date is stated in the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from info@banyan-store.com. Please be sure to check the email from our shop.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within one week of product arrival.

【For Purchases Made Through the Online Store】

Please contact us via the inquiry form, including your order number.
We will guide you through the return process.

【For Purchases Made at a Physical Store】
Please visit the store where you made the purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, bringing the following items:
・Product
・All accessories
・Receipt
・Credit card used for payment

*For returns and exchanges, we ask that you contact us in advance via our official LINE account or inquiry form.
*Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the return period has passed.
(Example: Delivery completed on 4/1 → Return procedure by 4/8)

【Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged】
  1. Products more than 8 days after delivery completion
  2. Used or cleaned products
  3. Products that have been resized or engraved
  4. Products with missing accessories
  5. Products that have acquired an odor, stains, scratches, or other damage while in the customer's possession
  6. If the condition of the product (including its box and accessories) when returned to us differs significantly from its condition at the time of delivery
  7. Products marked "No Returns" on the sales page
  8. If the return request is not from the user themselves
  9. If purchases and returns are excessively repeated
  10. Products purchased at pop-up stores within commercial facilities such as department stores (please inquire with each facility)

Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or if a product different from your order was delivered.

Regarding defective products

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, we will promptly arrange for a return or exchange.

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your product, including your order number or the email address used for your order.

We will cover the shipping costs.

About Point Issuance

By registering an account with BANYAN, you can use our point service.

  • 3 points awarded for every 100 yen spent (3% cashback)
  • 1 point = 1 yen discount
  • Points can be used from your next purchase

If you create an account after purchasing products, your points will be reflected by registering with the email address you entered when placing your order.

If your points are not reflected, please contact us via inquiry form.

We will manually add the points to your account.

Regarding the one-year warranty

At BANYAN, we offer free repairs for the following malfunctions within one year of purchase:

  • Broken chains
  • Missing stones
  • Faulty clasps

*Repairs for issues not listed above will be charged.
*Novelty items are not covered by the free warranty.

About Repairs

At BANYAN, we offer repair services so that you can continue to enjoy your products for a long time.

First, we will need to assess the condition of the item before we can provide you with information.

Regarding the cost

Estimated repair costs are as follows:

  1. Broken chain: ¥3,300~
  2. Broken earring post: ¥4,400~
  3. Missing stone: ¥4,400~
  4. Ring resizing: ¥5,500 ~

The final estimate will be determined after we receive and inspect your item.

We will provide an estimate approximately one week after you send us your item.

【Shipping and Handling for Repairs】

The shipping cost to us is to be borne by the customer. We will cover the return shipping cost to you after the repair is completed.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or loss during shipping.

Regarding the period

Repairs will be returned to you approximately 5 weeks after confirmation.

Please note that it will take longer than usual if the repair period includes long holidays such as Obon, New Year's, or Golden Week.

Caring for and storing your jewelry

Usage Guidelines

All BANYAN jewelry is handcrafted by artisans and is delicate.

Please handle with care when using.

  • If you experience any skin abnormalities such as itching or rashes, please stop using the product immediately and consult a dermatologist.
  • We recommend removing your jewelry during sports or sleep to prevent damage.
  • Please remove your jewelry when entering hot springs or the sea, as there is a risk of discoloration or damage.

Regarding Storage

Important Notes for Storage

  • After use, sebum and dirt may adhere to the jewelry. We recommend wiping it with a dry, soft cloth before storing.
  • Store in a place away from direct sunlight.
  • When storing jewelry, be careful to prevent damage from jewelry striking each other.
